ABOUT US

Our restaurant opened in March 2007, in the heart of Budapest’s downtown.
Situated next to the company’s well-known Gerbeaud Confectionery and Café, our philosophy agrees: tradition and innovation.

These two main sources inspired Chef Ádám Mészáros’ cuisine.

We have invested a lot of energy in researching regional ingredients and presenting them in our tasting menus.
The „WITHIN OUR BORDERS…” menu highlights the best ingredients we can source from across the country, from inspected and selected Hungarian producers.
The „BEYOND OUR BORDERS…” tasting menu is based on ideas and inspirations from around the world.

With our respect for traditions and our progressive attitude, we have earned two Michelin stars in 2018, first in Central Eastern Europe.
