Everything we put on the plate comes from local sources. We know our producers personally, we think together, and serve a common cause: quality, sustainability and responsibility for the future. For us, the Green Michelin Star is not just a recognition, but a feedback that a form of gastronomy exists that is authentic, innovative and environmentally conscious at the same time.
The same mindset guides our spatial design thinking. Our creative professionals, in collaboration with the Hungarian studios URBA and EJTECH, created a unique fusion of design and storytelling in which sustainability was a key focus — without compromise. The interior, characterized by elements of dystopian surrealism, is a form of artistic expression crafted with an environmentally conscious approach.
Every piece of furniture and object surrounding us — including the uniforms of the staff — blends ancient puritan simplicity with modern technology. We used raw, sustainable materials such as scrap aluminum, recycled felt and reprocessable concrete.
We hope this space not only welcomes but also influences: it raises questions, provokes thoughts, and perhaps shapes the way we think about the future, objects or resources.
