CREATIVE COMMUNITY

The Onyx Creative Community of nearly 30 members is a community of shared thinking and the joy of creating together, which always leads to exciting results, as we draw from each other's knowledge, unique experiences and stories.

We believe in democracy. Instead of the traditional chef-centered model, we work organized in teams. Each member has one vote and we make our decisions based on majority voting. This is also the case in the kitchen division, where a team of four chefs distributes tasks among themselves and the cooks.
